Not everything is w3c ping-based, first, because the ping calculation is not accurate, and second because there's other factors such as routing.

Hunter tried your host but couldn't play well. We don't agree to play all games in that host. Have a bit of understanding and play a fair host. Thunder has a good ping in US East. If Hunter was fine with the Russia host, we would play it, but it's not.

We want to play in a balanced host.
There was 2 choice:
- 140ping vs 160ping (russian central)
- 140ping vs 70ping (us west)

So yea we prefer to play with 20 pings difference than 70 pings difference. A difference of 20 pings isnt noticeable between players but 70 is! It's why 20 pings difference is more balanced!! :)
Your player accepted it and after he lost the first game he went to change the host

Kkaio refused to play on a fair host and we could not agree for Hunter Thunder game 2. We accepted their host for G1 and we did not accept their host for g2. This is a freeze, not a defloss. So please correct it. Thanks.
