1. Main Standings

 

1.1. New WarCraft 3 League [NWC3L] - this is a team competition in e-sport discipline Warcraft 3 TFT.

1.2. Participants. Participate in this competition can any team which has a minimum of 4 players in roster, with the exception of "all stars teams". Under the "all stars team" we mean a team that has in its roster more than 2 players who have a victory in the finals at some "serious" online tournament (for example: Gera Cup, Rus Brain Cup, Hols Cup, Ifeng Cup and etc).

1.3. Deny participation. Any team can not be involved in the case of causing, insulting or unmanner Team Name, Team TAG or Team Logo.

1.4. Rules. These rules are mandatory for all participants.

1.5. Changes of rules. Any changes in the rules will be announced in the news. The changes take effect immediately after the publication of news. Be attention.

1.6. Game platform. Current game platforn - is official Battle.net server (Northrend).

1.7. Game version. All games must be played on last official version at the time of match start.

 

2. Structure of Competition

 

2.1. NWC3L structure: Division 1 and Division 2 with Group Stage, Play-off and Consolation Match.

2.2. Group stage. Division 1 consist of 1 group with 8 teams in each and 7 play weeks.

2.3. Play-off. In play-off going top 6 teams.
In winner bracket Classic System 4 Solo Series (1x1) BO3, and 1 team series (2x2) BO3.
In loser bracket King of The Hill system for 4 players.

2.4. Consolation match. Top top 8 team going Division 2 for next season. Top 7 team play consolation match versus loser of champion match in Division 2 for right stay in Division 1.

2.5. An equal number of points. If two teams have the same number of points located above the team to victory in a personal meeting.

 

3. Scheduling

 

3.1. Schedule. Schedule any stage of the league is divided into play weeks.

3.2. Play weeks. Play week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. During this time the teams should agree on the date and time of the match and play it.

3.3. Match time. Every match on every play week is automatically assigned at Sunday 17-00 CET (CEST, if the summer time). Team which does not show get a technical defeat (waiting time 15 minutes). By mutual agreement teams can cahnge date and time of the match, but only into play week (read point 3.2).

3.4. Replacement players. If a player can not play for any reason, the team manager can replace him by using Wild Card or by agreement from manager of opposite team. Substitute player must play under race specified in team profile. For each replacement must be notified in the comments of the match.

3.5. Postpones. Each team has the right to take a postpone to any of the 5 series in a single match, but not later than 1 hour after the start of the match. By mutual agreement the teams can take more than one postpone of series per match for each team. Team which take a postpone, must offer date and time of this postpone until next play week ended or get technical defeat in this series. In сhampion and consolation match, any postpones and prepones are prohibited.
Not allow for team to postpone a second game of same player 2 play weeks in a row if the first postponed game of this player still not played.

3.6. Postponed series. Each team has the right to finish her postponed series. If one of the teams, not answer, or deliberately ignoring, so the other team has the right to request adminstration of the league for appoint date and time of postponed series. Team which does not show get technical defeat (waiting time 15 minutes).

3.7. Admission to Champion and consolation match. In this matches can participate only players who played in the group stage at least 2 matches. If a player has been declared for the match, but doesn't play, then that match is not included in the participation total.

 

4. Match Process

 

4.1. Match place. The channel is assigned in the match comments.

4.2. Match system.
Classic: Each match between teams consists of 5 series (matches between players). 4 Solo Series (1x1) BO3, and 1 team series (2x2) BO3. BO3 or the best of three - to win the series you need to win 2 maps.
King of the Hill: Each team add line up with 4 players. Players which chosen for starting map playing each other, winner stay - loser knock out and can not play again (except Wild Card using). Match countine until one team get 4 points. Same map can not be chosen twice. Winning player can veto one map from remainings. Map pool is the same as for classic system.

4.3. Scoring.
For victory in any series with score 2 - 0 - winning side get 3 points, loser side get 0 points.
For victory in any series with score 2 - 1 - winning side get 2 points, loser side get 1 point.
For victory in any series with score 1 - 0 - winning side get 1 point, loser side get 0 points.
For tie in any series with score 1 - 1 - both sides get 1 point.

4.4. Starting map. By starting map can assigned any map from this list. In next games of the series starting map can not be chosen again.

4.5. Veto right. The winning player / team (2x2) have the right to strike two maps from the map pool referred to in paragraph 4.7.

4.6. Map chosen. At the end of the first game (on the starting map), after a subsequent veto of the winning side, next map chooses a loser side from the map pool referred in paragraph 4.7, taking into account the opponents veto and already played map.

4.7. Map pool:

1 on 1: Amazonia, Ancient Isles, Echo Isles, Last Refuge, Secret Valley, Terenas Stand LV, Turtle Rock, Twisted Meadows.

2 on 2: Avalanche 1.1, Basalt Basin, Centaur Grove, Gnoll Wood (TFT version), Lost Temple (ROC version), Synergy, Turtle Rock, Twisted Meadows.

4.8. Game accounts. Each player must play under the account specified in the team profile.

4.9. Game race. On starting map the player has to play by race specified in line up.

4.10. Host. The host should suit both players. If the players can not reach a compromise, the administration of league reserve the right to choice of host.

4.11. Series sequence.

Group Stage: each match played in the next order of series:
1 - SOLO 1 Series and SOLO 2 Series - parallel.
2 - SOLO 3 Series and SOLO 4 Series - parallel.
3 - 2 ON 2 Series.
By mutual agreement the teams can change the order of the series and dons not play them parallel.

Play-off Winner Bracket: each match in winner bracket played in the next order of series:
1 - SOLO 1 Series.
2 - SOLO 2 Series.
3 - SOLO 3 Series.
4 - SOLO 4 Series.
5 - 2 ON 2 Series.

Play-off Loser Bracket: each match in winner bracket played in King of The Hill order.

4.12. No observers right. Any player in any game can ask for no observer's. In game can stay one manager from each side, admin or any successful streamer (caster).

4.13. Postpones.
Group Stage: each team has the right to take a postpone to any of the 5 series in a single match, but not later than 1 hour after the start of the match. By mutual agreement the teams can take more than one postpone of series per match for each team.
Play-off: same consistence like in group stage, but any postpones and prepones is prohibited in late rounds - Final of Winners, Final of Losers and Super Final.

4.14. Wild Card. If for any reason, player of any team can not take part in the match, the team manager can use Wild Card - that is to replace this player to another. Provided the next conditions:
Classic System:
- Replaced player was in the team profile before bigining of the match.
- Did not participate earlier in this match in 1x1 series.
- Does not have a transfer or other ban.
- Has play-off admission if it's play-off stage.
Note: in 2x2 possible replace, one or two players, no matter participate they in 1x1 series or not.
King of the Hill:
- Replaced player was in the team profile before bigining of the match.
- Does not have a transfer or other ban.
- Has play-off admission if it's play-off stage.
Number of Wild Cards per season:
Group Stage: 3
Play-off: 1

4.15. Technical defeat. If a player or team did not come within 15 minutes to play a series, the team that the player(s) did not show up receive technical defeat in this series.
The team receives technical victory in the series must to upload a screenshot of the specified time (/ time) and specified player location on server (/ whois), with a pre-approved channels for the match.

Without a screenshots victory is not valid.

4.16. Disconnects. If, after disconnection teams has a disputes, the decision to regame or confirm result taking by league admin.

4.17. Replays.
Group stage: at the end of the match, management of teams within 48 hours need to upload the replays in which their players have gained victories.
Play-off: at the end of the match, management of teams within 24 hours need to upload the replays in which their players have gained victories. Results of the match or separate series, without uploaded replays is not valid.

 

5. Violations and Penalty Points

 

5.1. Line up. Not submitted line up - 1 penalty point (here and after pp).

5.2. Replays. Not uploaded replays after 48 hours from the end of the series - 0.5 pp (for a replay), including for uploading false replay.

5.3. Game accounts. During the game under the account is not specified in the team profile - 0.5 pp (per player).

5.4. Change race. If a player has changed the race on the starting map, his team gets - 0.5 pp.

5.5. Insults. In the case of insults, disrespect, abuse of profanity against any league member (player, manager, streamer etc.) the team gets - 1,5 pp.

5.6. Technical defeats.
For technical defeat of player - 2 pp. Have a screenshot uploaded to the site required.
For technical defeat of team - 5 pp. Have a screenshot uploaded to the site required.

5.7. Unfair play. For the use of third party programs giving advantage in the game (map hack, lag hack, drop hack, gold hack, skype party etc.) and smurfing (playing on account of other player) the player get technical defeat in series, ban until the end of the current season and the next.

5.8. Playing for two teams. Playing for two teams participating in the season/qualification - technical defeat in series, ban until the end of the current season/stage and the next.

5.9. Transfer ban. The player who joins the team after the season or qualification start. If, for any reason, he played in the first match after the joining, it received technical defeat in series and 2.5 pp for team.

5.10. The limit of penalty points. For every 5 penalty points, the team loses 3 points in the standings.

5.11. Penalty points in play-off. All penalty points which team gets in play-off will moved for the next season.
