What touch the main round, so this calculated for 2 games per week, but you can manage it for more comfortobale day/time/week for you, just discuss it with your oppo. Another aspect of matches - fixed maps, as you can see 1st, 2nd and 3rd maps are fixed, so not forget this. Also no limits about race change or replays uploaded, only your wishes. All available info about tournament you can find here and here.

I'm sorry I have no information about command to load maps or rights to add maps on bots...
But If you have trouble to host a map, just take the solo mappool used in qualification [AI, EI, LR, SV, TS, TR, TM] and veto one by one in turn until you have a map (if both player agree).
-Just inform in match comment that you proceed like that

If replacement starts, it will be never ending story! A tourney should not be refilled all the time by new players. There is much work for admins time by time to replace i guess.

Note for next cup = do qualifier for all! So you can be sure players will have time and want to participate.

Qualifier was for players with lowest rank/stats in league and its over, Cheeron was not a prticipant of qualifier and replacer - AleX too, so i think its fair replace. If it was for example Skuyt or other from qualifier i can understand that, but not in this case.

The qualifier already seeded the players that: 1) Attended responsibly and 2) Earned their place. I'm sad Move and Tharkas didn't play, I would have liked to see them in the league.

We are talking about what has already been done, not about changing the rules. You can probably do that via PM to the admins since it's off topic. I don't have anything against accepting everyone as long as there is participation and responsibility, though.
